Ask any kid if they had a time machine, where would they go and more than 60 percent would say the future. Ask adults, and 60 percent would say the past.
What does this mean? Possibly nothing. It could all be coincidental. But it has to at least make you a little curious. Why do us adults, the current leaders of this world want yesterday so much... especially when we thought the past adult generation was doing such a terrible job as leaders. Remember these quotes 'When I have kids, I'll never spank them..." "If I was President, I'd make everyone rich."
Could it be that we see how bad we're screwing up and we want out? Many would have you believe its because we would like the knowledge of today and the advantage of 'do-overs'. Well, if you ask me, I'd say its a little more than that. I think, although we may be the smartest, most advanced generation (adults that is) that's ever lived. We're also probably the weakest.
